Absolutely LOVING this song. Happy melody filled with pissed of lyrics. Perfect match.
I picked this post up on Mashable. I was intrigued to see what sort of SMS conversation a massively famous actor out of Hollywood would be having with a teenager.
The video above is hilarious. The teenager is an idiot and Justin Long plays along brilliantly (however creepy it is that he keeps it going for over a month).
But the saddest thing about this entire situation is Mashable's focus about this video. The focus is on a 2 second snapshot of Justin Long's iPhone and that one of the apps on his homescreen proves that he has a jailbroken iPhone (the original video linked from Engadget).
The focus should surely be on the incredible destruction of language caused by SMS communication, bad understanding of the English language and absolutely horrible grammar and basic spelling skills illustrated in this video. THAT'S THE FOCUS. Not the bloody jailbroken iPhone. What is the matter with these people?

I applaud the editor, Annelize Kloppers, for making the decision to use that photograph on the cover page. University media is meant to be more liberal and push boundaries.
When at Rhodes University I was the Dep. Ed of Activate, one of the oldest student newspapers in the country and we tried to push boundaries every single edition.
We live in 2010, if you still have a problem with Gay and Lesbian people, Gay and Lesbian marriage or homosexuality of any kind you have the problem, not society.
